Ruling espeon's delta heal

When I use the power delta heal, do i have to heal each of my delta pokemon or when I don't want to heal one of them, I don't have to heal it for example:
i use earthquake, espeon is benched along with gardevoir ds, but i want to charge gardevoir up so it can do some serious damage..can I use in my next turn espeons delta heal just to heal itself?

second question; what delta species pokemon do nice damage and also damage both bench?
 
Yeah it probably is sorry, but i still need to know if there's a delta species pokemon that some attack like magnitude?
 
just use a magnitude Pokémon as active, and a bench full of deltas

and there's always ludicolo dx, who heal all.
 
Venture Bomb would be a good trainer.

Unown I, I think can do either 20 to your pokemon or your opponent, depending on coin flips.
 
I think this is a very good card to play in the TCG!
