Ruling Espeon prime

I was reading through the nightfall theme deck rule book and came accross this:

Do you like all the amazing pokemon that eevee evolves into? So does Umbreon Prime! its evoblast attack gets an extra 10 damage for each of these powerful pokemon you have in play. A full complement in play will give you a total of 110 damage!

Does this mean you can use 6 eevee at once, or did someone oopsy on the text (I think I already know the answer to the question, but my friends wanted me to ask)

It IS possible to hit the 110 damage, but it would require crafty work using Garchomp's Restore attack. Most likely an oops on the rulebook, but obtainable nontheless
