Ruling Espeon Prime and RR Eveelutions

If you read Espeon Prime's Body (I am assuming you know what it does), but if you don't:

Pokebody: Evolution Memories
Espeon can use the attacks of all pokemon that evolve from Eevee as its own (As long as Espeon has the necessary energy).

So does this mean that if I have Vaporeon, Jolteon, and Flareon from Rising Rivals in play and use their Power:

Pokepower: Devolution
Once during your turn (before you attack) you may devolve Vaporeon/Jolteon/Flareon and put Vaporeon/Jolteon/Flareon into your hand. This Power can't be used if Vaporeon/Jolteon/Flareon is affected by a Special Condition.

Now lets say that I use Devolution on Vaporeon, and use Vaporeons attack, Evolving Aqua, but I have Espeon Prime use it (Espeon is active and uses Vaporeon's attack):

[W][C] Evolving Aqua: Choose 1 of your opponents Pokemon that has any damage on it. This attack does 40 damage to that Pokemon (don't apply weakness and resistance for benched Pokemon). If Vaporeon Evolved from Eevee this turn, this attack does 60 damage intead.

If I use Devolution on Vaporeon (I evolve it with BTS) and attack with Espeon, do I still get to do the 60 damage instead of 40? And sorry this was so long winded.

It doesn't work that way because Vaporeon should be interpretted as this Pokemon. If you wanted to do that, the turn you put Espeon Prime onto the Eevee you could do the extra damage. The same goes for the other Eeveelutions cards with that effect.~Mark
