There's a spot at the right hand side where it looks badly copied and pasted.
Other than that, pretty cool. Although, if anything, Electvire should be made to stand out, seeing as he's electric, and besides that he's the focus of the banner.

Overall it's really good, except for on the right side there's this line, like pokemaniac said.
The border and render looks quite sloppy, try putting the electivire lv.x behind the border, that'd look better.
Oh and it's Electivire, not Electrivire.
