Ruling effects of attacks and sent to the bench

what happens to the effects of an attach when that pokemon is warp pointed to the bench and the pokemon who gets sent out is knocked out and the pokemon from before is sent back out.
that pokemon has an attach that states that on its next turn all attack of this pokemon is 40 more before weakness and Resistance

All attack effects are removed when a pokemon goes to the bench, good and bad, so that pokemon would not get to do 40 more damage.
