Ruling question: if both players have 1 prize left, player A has a Dusknoir, and player B has a <130 HP pokemon on the bench (or anywhere really), when player A uses Dusknoir's ability to take a KO against player B, who wins in this case?

I'm pretty sure player b wins because the Pokemon is knocked out before dealing damage
