Ruling Dual Type Lv.X's?

If I level up my fighting tyle Torterra into a grasstype Torterra Lv.X, does it has both, grass and fighting type?

I am pretty sure that it becomes Grass and is no longer Fighting type. Considering in the LvX text box at the bottom of each LvX doesn't say anything about retaining the type of the underlying card, I would assume that it chnages to the type of the LvX.

Only attacks, Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies, and Items are combined with the underlying level. All other properties (type, HP, Weakness, Resistance, Retreat Cost) are replaced with the properties from the Level X card.
