Ruling Dragon Rush Question

Say i use dragon rush one turn. Next turn i poketurn the garchomp C X and level up into another. Can i dragon rush again since technically it isnt the same garchomp C?

Yes because the effect is on Garchomp C LV.X~Mark

^ make that the effect was on the Garchomp C that used that attack. When you return it to your hand, the attack effect ends, and you could Dragon Rush again.
