This means wrong place.
This means should be a Poke-Body.

Hope this helps!

Uhh, mean look is an ATTACK and this is its effect;
The defending pokemon can no longer retreat.

It is an attack because in the tcg this move requires energy.

@ IPM: What word should be there? I see no corrections...

@ FPM: You're right. Because having Mumage have it as a Body would've been too powerful. Hence why I did this.

@ NJR: I prefer it this way tho. Matter of referring.

See this Pokémon that I made for my set (DP Shining Forest) with a DP blanks and I don't put in the effects of the attacks/powers/bodies the Lv. of the Pokémon:

58berobeltfakecardcn9.jpg

If you are doing in this way only in the spoilers is okay, but if you fake the card and put the Lv. in the attacks/powers/bodies that card will be wrong.

I think like IPM that Mean Look will be a Body or should be this:

(C) Mean Look
"Flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokémon cannot attack or retreat during your opponent's net turn.

Suggestion for Señor Gardevoir...always write the spioler like it were the card...it makes a lot of difference to the person who has to make the card.

BTW nintendo jr, is that what the new DP cards look like???
And is that really your art? Not to doubt you, but you are getting a rep from the Delta Frequincy's instant.

Yeah that the DP blanks that Cascade do and the art is mine, if you don't believe me see my set here:

http://pokebeach.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=10999

Or talk to Cascade Gonpory/Cascade of the Skies and he will tell that all is my art, I one of the few that can do plastiline art.

Also the report was not my fault and was not the fault of Rick too, he found in the web a he gaves to me.
