Awsome! I totally want to help with spoilers. A couple things you should add,:
Konkuro should have 3 different forms, each with a different puppet. Kimmimaro, Kabuto, Tsunade and Shizune should be added in.
Here's my example

Shino Aburame 80 HP (G)

Nindo: Bug Clone
Whenever an enemy ninja attacks Shino, flip a coin. If heads, cut that damage in half (rounded down to the nearest 10).

During your next turn, All of Shino's attacks do an additional 20 damage

If you used Insect gather during your last turn, the Defending Ninja is now Confused.
