---Must have a Pokebody or Pokepower
---Must have at least two attacks

START!
Contestants:

Rhyperior d HP 110 (L)
Stage 2
Evolves from Rhydon

Poke-Body: Lightning Rod
If an attack would do damage to one of your pokemon, by an attack from an (L) type Pokemon, the damage is done to this card instead (aplly Weakness and Resistance).

(L) Voltage Drawing
Reveal the top 3 cards from your deck. If atleast 1 is a basic (L) energy card, put the cards in your hand. If none of them are basic (L) Energy cards, discard them all.

(L)(C)(C)(C) Rotating Thunder 40
This attack does 30 damage to each of your opponent's benched pokemon. You can't use this attack during your next turn.

Weakness: (W) +40
Resistance: (L) -30
REtreat Cost: (C)(C)(C)(C)

MOT6K
Name: 3/3
Type: 3/3
HP: Rhyhyperior is a big bulky pokemon. I think he deserves a little more than 110HP. 3/4
PokePower/PokeBody: The Body is excelent. But you did have some gramitical/punctual mistakes. 24/25
Attack(s): The first attack is good. The second attack is very broken though. Keep in mind that he will level up to a Lv.X and have all thouse attacks. 9/10
Retreat Cost/Weakness/Resistance: The weakness is a bit big... Not even a Lv.X has that much weakness. The rest is good though. 4/5
Total: 46/50

This is not just a spoiler contest. Once you submit a card, you may make more!

Roserade d-Fighting-100HP
Evolves from Roselia
PokeBody: Dessert Rose
Any damage done by fighting types to Roserade is reduced by 20.

[f] Powerfull Poison
Flip a coin. If heads, the defending pokemon is now poisoned. Put two damage counters instead of one inbetween turns. If tails put two damage counters on the defending Pokemon.

[f][f][c] Sand Emerge 40
If Budew is anywhere under Roserade, you may switch Roserade with one of your benched Pokemon (ignore this affect if you don't have any benched Pokemon).

WK:R+20/RS:-/RC:cc

Lv. X's have a x2 weakness, which is worse. I gave him a high retreat and low HP since the last attack is some what broken. You still can only use every 2 turns, so it's not completely broken.

Kricitune d HP 80 (W)

Poke-Power: Grass Whistle
Once during your turn (before you attack) you may discard a basic (G) Energy card from Kricitune. If you do, the Defending pokemon is now Asleep.

(W)(W) Sharp Note 30+
If the Defending pokemon is Asleep, this attack does an additional 30 damage, and the Defending Pokemon is no longer Asleep.

Weakness: (R) +20
Resistance:
Retreat Cost: (C)

Vespiquen d HP 80 (W)

Poke-Power: Heal Order
Once during your turn (before you attack) you may remove two damage counters or a special condition from any 1 of your (W) pokemon

(W) Defend Order
During your opponents next turn, any damage done to Vespiquen is reduced
by 20.
(W)(W) Attack Order 50
Weakness: Fire +30
Resistance:
Retreat: 1

I'm new at this so I'm sorry if I did something wrong

Flygon Ruler
Name: 3/3
Type: 3/3
HP: Her HP could be a bit higher, but oh well. 4/4
PokePower/PokeBody:25/25
Attack(s): A bit unorginal... 8/10
Retreat Cost/Weakness/Resistance: Vepsiqueen having a +30 weakness? 3/5

And actually, Infernape Lv.X only has +30 Weakness to water. And your Kricketune is good.

It is OK. I like the card.

Gardevoir-Psychic-130HP
Evolves from Kirlia

PokeBody: Mistic Aura
Whenever your opponent attacks Gardevoir, Gallade, Kirlia, or Ralts, you may choose to put the damage counters on Gardevoir.

[p] Psycho Shift
Move up to three damage counters to the defending Pokemon from Gardevoir.

[p][c][c] Psychic Waltz 50
If Gallade is in play, this attack does 50 damage plus 30 more damage.
