Thinking of doing a deck pretty much garunteed to deck the other person. Remember its point is to win via decking not prizes
i would like it to be hgss on if possible
heres what i have so far
pokemon:
2 palkia dialga legends
2 kyogre and groundon legends
im thinking feltgatr prime skamory ud/col and brongzon tm as the other pokemon

t/s/s
4 legend box
2 indogo plateu

energy
4 sp metal?

ok so heres the gist
palkia dialga to discard cards for prizes. it doesnt matter if your oppontent defeats some pokemon since he will so many prizes
kyogre groundon to discard 5 cards a turn and maybe even do damage depending on how many energys
legend box and tm bronzong to get the legends out
stadium for 30 more hp.
skarmory to get energy on palkia, feraligatr to get it on kyogre
thinking of ud dutrio to get 2 less retreat cost

ideas? other things to finish the deck?

Use Magnezone or Heatran X for recovery. Use 1-2 Palmers too. Great for recovery.

Correct me if I am wrong people, but I thought the maximum prizes forced to your opponent is 10 so I don't know how well this strategy would work

i just made a fun deck out of this a little while ago, i used a\

1-1 heatran x
1-1 PalDialLeg
2-2 KyGrouLeg
2-2 bronzong
3 DCE
4 Switch
...

yeah its a fun deck bronzong really gets legends out, and then can move a DCE back to the KGleg with 2 waters. you can do special metals but they wont come back with the heatran effect. you may want a houndoom prime for gengar counter and the extra burn effects with heatran, lol

with the messey deck, energy exchanger or just a couple rainbows would be good

Energy Exchanger for sure. I'd have Warp Energy also for any unexpected Bright Looks.

well, you should only be using metal and water if you plan to not discard your own deck, {C}{C} speeds up bronzong and kyogre.
so its not that messy, if you want to you can include the LA jirachi, its effect combined with heatrans is a nice scare tactic,

LA jirachi 70HP
{ } search your deck for 1 card and put it ontop of your deck
{M}{M} Discard all energy attached to jirachi, the defending pokemon is KO'ed at the end of your oponets next turn

+20{R} -20{P} {C}

In the old days (last season) when we wanted to deck someone we used Flygon X. Maybe you could cram it in here somewhere. IDK.
