Donchamp (Variation) - HELP

I've been testing this deck for sometime now and it seems to do pretty well except when matched up against anything that resists fighting. I also have a huge fear of jumpluff/cinccino decks. Anyway, my friends jumpluff/cinccino always beats me down to one prize card and he just overwhelms me. He sets up quicker and there is nothing I can do. If you guys could take a look at my deck list and help me out that would be awesome. I'm also looking for advice in whether or not I should just start running Donphan/Yanmega/Zoroark as that is the other deck I'm thinking of building. Here's the decklist:

Pokemon (20)
3-3 Donphan Prime HGSS
3 Phanpy HGSS
2-1-2 Machamp Prime TM
2-2 Zoroark BW
1-1 Magnezone Prime TM
2 Cleffa HGSS
1 Tyrogue HGSS

Trainers/Supporters (28)
3 Pokemon Collector HGSS
3 Sage's Training UN
3 PONT HGSS
2 Judge UL
2 Pokemon Communication HGSS
2 Junk Arm TM
3 Plus Power BW
3 Rare Candy UL
3 Pokemon Reversal HGSS
1 Twins TM
2 Super Scoop up BW
1 Switch HGSS

Energy (12)
7 Fighting
4 Double Colorless
1 Rainbow

Strategy: It's basically the same as any Donchamp but with Zoroark techs and a Magnezone prime for draw and possibly to hit with in late game. I haven't really seen the Magnezone to be to much of a probably to get out but who knows maybe it is what is slowing me down. Start early with Donphan and tank until you either have to switch for Zoroark or you can use Fighting Tag with Machamp and take out the late game tanks.

The only change I would recommend would be to take out the magnezone for 1 junk arm and either 1 super scoop up/1 pokemon communication/1 pokemon reversal whichever one you feel like playing. For the jumpluff/cinccino matchup, I would recommend running the yanmega as you said to help with this matchup as you could snipe hoppips and OHKO skiplooms. If you post the donphan/yanmega/zoroark deck I can help you. Good luck!

-1-0-1 Magnezone Prime you are rarely going to get it out
-2 Cleffa Donphan kills your Cleffa and gives your opponent prizes
-3 Sage's Training might discard stuff you need, and searching whole deck for stuff is better
-2 Judge doesn't really go with this deck
-1 Rainbow without magnezone, you don't need this
-10

+2 Stantler good searcher, doesn't get killed by Earthquake very often
+1 Pokemon Collector if you aren't running dual ball, max this out
+1 PONT without Cleffa, you will want this maxed out
+2 Pokemon Communication any deck running evolutions should max this out
+1 Reversal great card, helps you get free prizes against many decks
+3 Fighting Energy 7 is too little
+10

OOPS! There ya go Tyraniking! And thanks to everyone for the awesome advice!

Also, with Nationals being over and the whole baby craze slowly phasing out (cuz let's face it whether its yanmega or your own donphan the babies aren't going to be played as much any more) do you guys think Manphy UL would be a good sub? Yes it's an energy to attack, but it has a higher HP and a free retreat cost still. I want to test it in this deck and was hoping for feedback.

I'd say Manaphy and stantler are the best non-baby starters, unless you are running a water deck, in which it is mantine.
