Well, the anime can be really lame at times and really good. It could be better. Like, it could be less kiddie and make the battles seem more real. They could also add more romance into it. That would make it more interesting to watch.
But, it could also be alot worse too.
 
same things turned these into baby shows and kiddy shows:
Spongebob(Was an Adult comedy show, became kiddie and the kids started watching it)
Thomas The tank(Was a show for kids of all ages, became todelerish)

Pokemon's main flaw is probally the voices. However the voice of Ash (currently) is not so good. However, Sarah N. said she won't be leaving for a while.... I feel bad for Veronica Taylor...

Oh and it bugs me to see Dawn run in her mini skirt. I just think, "What if she falls? Or if it is too wind to even walk?". ) 0.0
 
my father used to watch adult spongebob. they did the same actions and stuff but they talked innapropriately and so so.
lets just say this: it was like the simpsons.

Maybe Brock gets a life and STOPS following Ash? What does Brock do that is important?

It could be so much better. Seriously, I'm tired of seeing heavy metal machinery of Team Rocket's split in two by leaves ._. It gets old. They need to hire some teenagers to write the scripts.
