Do you know how to get Seadramin to the city it is extremely hard i dont know where i have to throw my rod.

I had 2003 all I remember is going froma place to another one but then being blocked by a boss and being stuck because i couldnt find vee mon to get boots also i remember dressing in a Agumon suit and also being stuck on a guy on a horse the first time you beat him he runs away because you have a speical item i believe his name started with x oh thats right i could find a crest in that swamp

I have Digimon World one, it was my first PSOne game, I got upto MachineDraMon, I think that was the end, and I gave up then.
