Yo guys,
I just joined so I thought I'd give the forums a go and show off my idea for a set. This one features the return of EXs, Megas, Break Pokémon and dual types, and also brings in a new feature: Forecasts. These are similar to ancient traits, however will replace a Stadium card in play, and will become inactive if a new Forecast or Stadium card comes into play. So I thought I'd start with a few, including the star of the set, Mega Abomasnow.

This Set features:

Welcome to the IPOF, Dev! You've got some really nice cards already, especially in regards to formatting. I also look forward to how you integrate the Forecasts mechanic in with your cards.

You may, however, like to pay particular attention to your captilisation in the cards. There are certain words - 'Energy', 'Benched', 'Weakness', 'Resistance' - that are always captilised in official cards. For maximum realism, I suggest you captilise them too. :)

Looking pretty good! That Beedrill looks particularly fun. You are missing some of the capitalisation on 'Active' and 'Energy', and any Special Condition (i.e. 'Poison') should be capitalised too. One thing I haven't mentioned is that all integers are officially written in numerical form (i.e. '1' not 'one'). As a more minor presentation thing, you may like to add some spaces between the sprite, each attack and the W/R/R stats to improve readability. Finally, electric-type Energy (officially Lighting Energy) is actually referred to as [L]. But this is all very minor, so good stuff! :p

Looking forward to more!

So what's your favourite card thus far?

My favourite card at the moment would have to be the Beedrill. I find that some of your cards are a bit overpowered, which unfortunately do not catch my eye. Some that I think are a bit too powerful is the Sableye-EX line and the basic Tropius. M Sableye-EX can deal a bit too much 1-hit KOs with little setup, while Sableye-EX can prevent your Pokemon from getting damaged while 2-hit KOing most Pokemon, which is very powerful. Meanwhile, two Tropius can be placed on your Bench to allow a vast majority of Pokemon to attack for free. Imagine a Mega Rayquaza-EX attacking for free with three Tropius on your Bench! That would be very scary. :p

On the other hand, I really like the gimmicky nature of Beedrill, with a cheap poisoning attack and a cheap, flippy second attack with respectable potential damage. It feels very balanced, which I like.

Made a few tweak as requested:

-Only one Tailwind ability can be active at a time
-Sableye EX's Blackout Shot's damage has halved
-M Sableye EX's Crystal Smash's effect has been changed

Anyway, here we go another update.

Nice stuff! I suggest you compare Volcarona to the Infernape from XY11 and Groudon and Kyogre to Regirock-EX and tweak the balance of those cards based on that. Also compare the HP increase of Lugia to Lugia BREAK and your legends to their respective BREAKs. :p

Otherwise, you seem to be writing the wording for attacks that increase or times damage slightly off. For "+", wording should be: "If you do, this attack does 50 more damage." For "x", wording should be "This attack does 30 damage times the number of/amount of".

Looking forward to more cards! The improvements are already noticeable. ^.^

^Allow me to extend on what BBNinja has said. If, for example, you had Fury Swipes and you wanted to flip 3 coins with 20 damage for each heads, you could write it as "Flip 3 coins. This attack does 20 damage times the number of heads.", or, if you had Water Punch at 30+ damage on Politoed (for example), you could word it as "Flip a coin for each [W] Energy attached to this Pokémon. This attack does 20 more damage for each heads." (or "Flip a coin for each [W] Energy attached to this Pokémon. This attack does 30 damage plus 20 more damage for each heads." if you wanted to combine DP wording with BW/XY wording).

You only need 6 [R] Energy in your discard pile + a Muscle Band to hit the same amount of damage as Infernape - nearly half. Also, Infernape shuffles the Energy back into the deck. Volcarona lets you repeatedly use the attack without needing to setup. It's also on a Stage 1 rather than Stage 2, making it much easier to set up. :p

3 More things to talk about things. Firstly, as always, if you ever have any changes you think I should make to my cards, please go ahead, I find the criticism useful. Second, I will likely produced a card list on the first post, and add to it over time. Finally I'm planning on doing another set once I finish this one, and while I have the EXs and a new BREAK-like Pokémon sorted, I'd love some suggestions for regular and BREAK Pokémon I should do. All I can say is that the current name is United Front and will contain a new EX gimmick.
