Ruling Deoxys question.

Just a quick question (or two). Deoxys's attack. Does it stack, like 20, 60, 100, 140, etc.? Or, like I've heard before (but don't quite believe) it does 60, 60, 60, etc.? The reason I believe it keeps adding up is because it says that during your next turn, Deoxys's attacks do 60 more damage. And Metagross LA isn't a good comparison, because it changes the Base damage from 50-100, not to keep adding damage. And while I'm at it, if I use Deoxys's power to switch Deoxys's, does the effect "add 40 more damage" stay? Because the Power says "All effects are on the new Deoxys."

Because after each turn, it resets. The +40 is added to the base damage only for that turn. After that turn ends, the +40 resets.
