Ruling Deoxys Defense Form Question

During your opponent's next turn, prevent all effects of an attack, and any damage done to Deoxys by attacks is reduced by 20 (after applying Weakness and Resistance).

MY QUESTION is...does the prevention of the effects of an attack apply only to deoxys defense forme, or the benched pokes too? For example, after using this attack, would your opponent's Lanturn who's effect does 30 damage to each pokemon (with an energy attached to it) still work on the benched?

Actually, I retract what I said. Lanturn does 30 to the bench, not damage counters. So I think Energy Split still hits the bench.

Lanturn would still hit your bench. The effect is on Deoxys itself, not your entire board.

I have a question too. Does all effects of the Attack mean even like Flip a coin effects?

It depends on the kind of "Flip a coin" effect. If it is an effect that allows you to deal more damage, then it is not prevented. But if it is an effect like "Flip a coin, if heads, the Defending Pokemon is now paralyzed." then that would be prevented. Any coin flip that causes an effect on the defending is prevented.
