If you could get a 31/31/31/x/31/31 Female Phanpy, I'd definitely trade for a 5IV Kangaskhan.
Sand Veil ability would be prefered, but it's not needed.

I'm super sorry, the Feebas that I have are all in Ultra Balls. :/

You know what, I'm so happy I don't care. I have a shiny Goldeen and a shiny Corphish I've been hanging on to. If either one of those is acceptable, I'd be perfectly fine with an ultra ball Feebas. I also have Seed Bomb HA Turtwigs as well.

I think I just made your day even better!
My PC is organised my generation, for some reason a Japanese Female Oblivious Calm 4IV Feebas in a Dive Ball was sitting in the Sinnoh Region boxes! :)
What would you trade for it.

Yes, both are nicknamed I'm afraid. I caught them during a restart game that I've since saved over.

Most of the Turtwigs are unnamed, though. And I have some harvest Phantumps as well.

Also, the french Turtwig I used to breed doesn't have a nickname, but he also doesn't know seed bomb.
