All of DF's EXs are good, if you have any try a deck with those. Dewgong d, Arbok d, and Ampharos d are all good Anti-Delta cards, so you could make an Anti-Delta deck with them.
 
Flygon EX δ is winning some Cities. So I'd use that. Not really sure with what, 'cept maybe Eveelutions. But make sure to use a 4-3-3 Flygon EX δ-2 Flygon δ line IMO.

Hmm, maybe Dragonite ex d with Meganium ex if you want fast charging, or Dragonite ex d with Altaria ex d?
 
If you want a HEAVY-HITTER, try Feraligatr, Xatu, and Kingdra ex. Or Xatu, Altaria, and Draggy ex.
