I recently got this for the PS3. I played it and it is fun as heck!
Basically this is a MMORPG game, much like WoW(World of Warcraft) and Free Realms. This game lets you design your own character and either save the world as a hero, or conquer it as a villain.

Also, this is available for PC too but you will not be able to meet PS3 players, since they are both separate servers.
