BW/BW2 Dawn's piplup is evolving?!?!?!

I saw a video on youtube stating that dawn's piplup will evolve so..Will he/she evolve?

No. will elvove but Piplup(it doesntwant that) and stops that elvolve.That was on a Episode but yeah it didnt elvolve
 
Also why would it go from Dawn in Hoenn to Ash in Sinnoh. Also, the episodes up from the Paul vs Barry episode have been revealed, so it is mega fake. Dawns Piplup also will ever evolve, for reasons I don't quite understand.
 
Its probably showing the past pictures when Kenny still had his Prinplup. There was already an episode about Dawn's Piplup evolving. Dawn's Piplup doesn't want to evolve and it stops evolving due to some reasons I don't quite remember.
 
Dawn's Piplup has an Everstone attached to it (presumably), or at the very least, Dawn is in possession of one, so Piplup will never evolve.
