This is my take on what a Darkness themed Silvally GX deck would look like, I'm building this for my local meta so here's a list of what I hope to beat with this deck:

I built this around the idea of just having my main attackers be able to accelerate energy while doing decent damage, which is why I'm using the new Shining Legends Yveltal, to do 90 per Oblivion Wing and only 1 XY Yveltal. I'm willing to make any changes to this list, though I'd like to keep Silvally and Zoroark as a focus of the deck.
Cards I've considered adding but haven't tested:
Weavile BUS- spread 60 to pokemon with abilities
Weavile UPR- synergistic, decent damage against ability heavy decks
Mr. Mime GEN- block bench damage
Machoke GUR- Greninja/Decidueye matchups
Altar of the Moone- gives free retreat to everything, even under ability lock
I have considered going back to the standard Metal Sylvally version but since Gardevoir has fallen off, it doesn't seem worth it, unless Mt. Coronet and Heatran seems worth to rebuild.
