What do you guys think?

So i take it the strategy is just spread right? Also which Arceus Gengar as you using because there are 2 Gengar's in the Arceus set.

You can easily do away with the Mewtwo line, it's just a energy guzzler which would only prove useful to SP decks and even then quite alot of them could ust work around it and i would reduce the Mimagius line to 1-1. (just so you know incase you don't, when i say 1-1 Mismagius i mean 1 Misdreveus - 1 Mismagius. it's just an easy way of writing it)

-3-1 Mewtwo lvX
-1 Azelf (anymore than 1 wouldn't be very useful)
-1-1 Mismagius UL
-1 Full Heal
-1 Marley's Request
-3 Luxury Ball (if you read the card you'd know once there's 1 in the discard pile you can't play another)
-2 Fisherman
-1 Interviewer's Question
-1 Premier Ball
-1 Underground Expedition
-1 VS Seeker
(-18)

+1-1-1 Gengar (Stormfront)
+2 Uxie (Legends Awakened)
+1 Unown Q (Majestic Dawn)
+3 Pokemon Collector
+4 Bebe's Search
+2 Rare Candy
+1 Palmer's Contribution or Flower Shop Lady
+2 Pokemon Communication

thanks for the advice... I will make some adjustments. The Gengar I'm using is the one with CURSE.

My strategy is actually a bit more complex than that :) Its all about bench attacks and control.

by the way... the list you posted... Is that your setup or what your suggesting to me?

What i posted is what i'm suggested to you to take out and put in.

And could you elaborate more on your strategy please? it would make helping alot easy if i know what you're aiming to do.

I'm not too crazy about the Stormfront Gengar... I like the Curse Version.

Could I use THIS Gengar? I can still put a Lvl X on that right?

My basic strategy is to get my lvlX's and hit the opponents bench with my Gengar Shadowskip, Curse - Giratinas Darkness Lost and Earth Power - Azelf and Mismagius are backup and have great powers. Mewtwo is my basic attacker.

its primarily about hitting their bench.

Come to think of it... I like the stormfront Gengar... I may add that as well :)

No you can't level up Gengar GL into Gengar lvX. Gengar GL has a different name to a normal Gengar, this goes to all SP pokemon as well.

Well seeing as you're going with a CurseGar strategy might i suggest some sort of wall to hide behind. If you're planning on using this deck in tournaments then you should know decks can get set-up as early as turn 2 (there are T1 decks as well but not as common nowdays) so a Wall like Spiritomb (Arceus) is great to hind behind, not only does it evolve you benched pokemon it blocks trainers which helps against some of your bad match-ups. I don;t see much of a point to Giratina lvX seeing as Gengar lvX can already spread and using Curse you can move damage counters around however you like so you can hit multiple targerts with Compound Pain. Plus with CurseGar being a slow deck (was a pretty good deck during last year Cities and some States) you don;t want too many techs boging the deck down so keeping the techs to the bare minimum would benefit you in the long run.

A standard CurseGar pokemon line is (in the MD-On format)

3-2-3-1 Gengar lvX (2 AR Gengar / ? Gengar)
4 Spiritomb AR
2 Uxie LA
1 Azelf LA
1 Unown Q

(The "?" Gengar is because you could either put in another AR gengar a Gengar prime (pretty disruptive and can spread, or the SF Gengar)

This doesn't include any external techs as it's all upto person choice but there are some techs you could use. Some people like to run Manectric PL a wall to protect your benched pokemon form being attacked, which also acted as a nice spreader for early game. Dodrio UD is another tech people tend to use, it's main use was just to give your pokemon free retreat but this is only to be used if you're using a tech that ha a hefty retreat cost. Mewtwo lvX is another tech but see's less play due to being easy to play around against what it's meant to be blocking, but it's just an SP deck tech to stop them attacking (or targeting Mewtwo - so a wall) there's also Shedninja SV which is another wall like card but it blocks pokemons with Poke-power/Bodies. There ar quite a few more but it's up to you to choose. I personally like to use Nidoqueen RR seeing as CurseGar has to adopt a more offensive strategy compared to last format where you could easily boomerang into a Mr.mime MT to stall against mainy of the big decks, so most time's you'll find youself not shadowing skipping into anything on your bench so Gengar wiill be hit.

Remember to keep tech choice's to a maxmum of 2 (external lined techs i mean) as too much in a deck could slow it down.

When you use the term "wall" - do you mean a way to block the opponent from using trainers? So I can keep Gengar on my bench and continuously attack? Spiritbombs Keystone Seal, for example. I would use that to prevent any Devoluters mostly?

If I were to add Spiritbomb and Uxie in my deck... how would you set that up? Excluding trainers, supporters, etc...

How's This?

Gengar CURSE: Once during your turn (before your attack), you may move 1 damage counter from 1 of your opponents pokemon to another of your opponents pokemon.

I *CAN* attack from the bench :)

As long as Spiritomb AR is active neither you or your opponent can use trainers, but Spiritomb AR has an attack that can help eveolve your pokemon. Spiritomb isn't a proper wall but you can use it to just set up, so you don't have to risk getting an Ghastly's knocked out, which you can use to your advantage a you know that early game you'll be behind prizes you can run Twin's or Black Belt (both have an effect that actives when you're behind on prizes).

You should up the Spiritomb count to 4 as you want to start with it, then you can drop the {P} energy down to 9 and then add 2 Warp Energy to help get Giratina lvX back to the bench if you want to use it just for it's body (leave spreading to Gengar lvX). Unown Q is a card you should run if you're using Spiritomb Ar as you don't have to waste an energy to retreat it, 2 would be a good amount to use.

Gengar CURSE: Once during your turn (before your attack), you may move 1 damage counter from 1 of your opponents pokemon to another of your opponents pokemon.

I *CAN* attack from the bench

That's more damage manipulation than an attack, it doesn't even do any damage to be considered an attack, just moves damage counter(s) around.

You warp immediately to the Bench upon attaching it to your Active Pokemon.

dmaster out.

You have to Warp if you have a Bench. You can always attach it to a Pokemon on the Bench if you don't want to use the effect.

dmaster out.

Thank you all so much for your help... I think I finally have my perfect deck.

X_empoleon_x I hear what you are saying about Unown Q but I would rather burn the energy cards to retreat. I don't want to short change myself on energy cards and I don't want to risk Unown Q being my only Basic Pokemon at the start of a game. I will add 4 SpiritBombs. I've also decided to take out Giratina X and replace it with another Gengar X (why not). Thank you very much for your help. Here is the final deck..
