Help Custom Binders?

mini side project of mine is obtaining all gen 2 pokemonn in reverse holo. All my binders are full & none of the available portfolio/binders are great (design wise) So I was thinking about maybe creating a custom cover/back. but can't see any info on if/how this is possible.

I see some fakes on ebay, so it's at least do able but i've no idea where to look.
 
Use a D-ring binder with pockets on the outside so you can print whatever you want. Use side loading pages and you're good to go!
