Ruling Cradily LA

I have a question. With Cradilly LA it's Drain Down attack says:

"Before doing damage you may switch one of the defending pokemon with one of your opponents benched pokemon..."

It sounds like it's saying that I get to choose which benched pokemon do they send out. Is this true or does my opponent get to choose which pokemon they want to switch out for?

You get to choose which Pokemon to switch. It would have to specifically say, "Your opponent chooses the Benched Pokemon to switch" for your opponent to get to choose.
