RSE/FRLG Corphish help in Sapphire

Hi everyone

I am doing a Pick-a-Character Challenge in Sapphire, and I really need to catch a Corphish (I am doing Ash's Hoenn team), and I desperately need a Corphish! However, wherever I fish that has them in the route, I only manage to fish up Magikarps and Wailmers! Help!

Whoever helps me catch it first gets a cookie :]

I would look in Route 102. As it is an early route, it will be quite easy to find this elusive crab. If you want to search a bit, use a good rod, which has a 20% chance of turning up as a Corphish. If you do not wish to wait, use a Super Rod, which will give you a 100% chance of getting the crab. *Wishes for Shiny Corphish for himself*

They are really common if you use the Good Rod in places like Route 117.

^I already got one, and it took me about 20 minutes to find it. (You may be thinking of the Super Rod, not the Good Rod).

Yea old rod youll never find it but good rod youll have a chance and super rod increase your chances
