Ruling Copy Cat and Rare Candy translations?

Compare the difference:

1. Copy Cat - TRR
Vs

Copy Cat - HS

Both mean the same thing haha, but do I have to bring a translation to Nationals just because there worded different?

And my second question:

2. Do I have to bring an Unleashed Legends Rare Candy as translation for my prior Great Encounter Candy's? (there the same text, only they added a little bit more. the older version already says 'put on basic Pokemon' so the newer text to me seems a little unnecessary)

You only have to bring a translation if it actually has a different gameplay effect (e.g. PlusPower). Since the card reprints are played exactly the same way, you do not need a reprint.
