T The Reaver Speed Mode Member Oct 6, 2009 #2 Uh... the trainers don't automatically use their effects. You have to do what they say, as with real cards. So, for example, for Great Ball, you would right click on your deck and hit View Deck and look for a Basic Pokemon.
