Ruling Confusing Card

Is there a card that can confuse your own pokemon without the use of an attack?

Maybe something like a pokepower, pokebody, trainer, supporter, or whatever.

I can't think of any card in the current format that can confuse your own Pokemon without attacking. I know there was a Promo card a long time ago that was called Imakuni which confused your Active Pokemon. I don't know if it ever hit US or not, but it was in the Pokemon TCG for Game Boy Color.~Mark

'Imakuni?' never hit the US. Other than that, I don't know of any card that confuses your own Pokemon. (There are plenty of sleep-causing Poke-Powers, but none that I know of that cause confusion.)
