In general, you discard the basic energy as fast as you can to power up Tropical Shake, then overwhelm the opponent with a one energy 120 damage attack. You can also discard the Exeggcute in order to get them out faster and perhaps evolve them same-turn with Wally, but I also included a 50 HP one that doesn't get donked by bench-hitters as easily. Literally everything else is techs, support and disruption, since this deck has tons of room for customization.
This is like the 4th or 5th revision so far, and I'm constantly changing it as I come up with new ideas.
