I was looking through the BW series card and this one hit me as being looked over.

Cinccino(Chillacchino) – Colorless – HP90
Stage 1 – Evolves from Chillarmy

[C] Sweep Slap: Flip 2 coins, this attack does 20 damage times the number of heads.
[C][C] Do the Wave: Does 20 damage times the number of Pokemon on your Bench.

Weakness: Fighting (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 1

Old attack, dating back to the original Jungle Wigglytuff, also recently on Platinum Lucario, but it's much better.

Wigglytuff's was was CCC - 10+10 for each benched, 60 Max. Lucario's is MC - 20+10 for each benched, 70 Max.

Cinccino's is 20xBenched for CC. 100 Damage Max.

With Pokemon Collector for consistency of a full bench, that's a straight 100 on Turn 2.

Fighting Weakness will hurt it considerably, but it's a really neat card in comparison to it's ho hum peers, I am rather surprised I have not seen it discussed. It's a real shame that Minccino(Chillarmy) does not have Call For Family @2.

I heard a lot of people mention about this card it is truly a great card but i like tangrowth from CL better it can do more damage' but this card is better aginst sp decks because it can counter garchomp c x.

well hmm lets do a comparison to jumpluff

jumpluff
- Stage 2
- free retreat
- resistence to fighting
- x2 Weak to fire
- 90 HP
- Attack only cost's 1 {G}
- Does 10 damage times the amount of all pokemon in play

So honestly the choice is up to you. I personally prefer jumpluff. the new pokemon with do the wave isn't bad though.

Yeah, the only reason I would play this over Jumpluff is so I could say "Do The Wave for 100".

Jones, I've said that many times in my old days, and in Golden Age leagues. It's generally preceded by the words "four pluspowers" and followed by "get rid of that blastoise".
