Ruling Charizard SF + delta pokémon + memory berry

Can I evolve the Charmander delta or Charmeleon delta to the Charizard SF? And, if I can, will he be able to use the attacks that need eletric energy when he have a memory berry attached?

In Unlimited, yes, you can. You need the required Energy as well.

Ops, I wasn't as clear as I wanted in my second question. I was asking if I could use the attack when I have the energies (1 elec 2 colorless for thunder jolt), or if charizard's poke-boddy would turn them unusable for this attack.

You cannot use attacks that use anything else then Fire or Colorless when using Charizard SF with Memory Berry. You only have Fire/Colorless on him at any given time.
