IMHO that was more due to the attendants being professionals about it than people not trying.
Saw multiple people in line with more than 1 item and dropping them and buying just 1 after talking to the attendants (I assume they were trying to split in multiple purchases).
Also saw people in groups of 4+ where clearly only one picked the items and gave money to the others, and these hit more than 1 store.
Still, it was far more “friendly” or organized than what I expected after what happened the first time.
