All tins are rigged somehow.  They seem to do that a lot.  I bought one and got an EX and some alternate-holos.  Yeah me.  And it's a good deal as well.

It's looking like these tins are pretty nice. I like them. Plus, they bonus as card storage containers, and look cool as well.
