Ruling ? can't use this attack during your next turn

Okay, so I use Metagross's "Magnetic Reversal" and I switch my opponent's Uxie Lv.X to another pokemon right? Uxie Lv.X used Zen Blade the turn before, so he shouldn't be able to use that attack next turn right? Even if during his next turn he retreated back to that Uxie and tried using it again. The affect is still in play correct? Or...? Please let me know.
 
When Uxie Lv.X (or any Pokemon) is moved to the bench, all effects on it are removed; this includes the effect of Zen Blade.
