Ruling Can you attack first turn?

This is an easy one, but I can't find this information anywhere online, only that supporters/trainers/stadium cards can be played on the first turn. I want to know because I run Victini EX and if I attach Victory Piece first turn I want to know if I can use it.

Since Victory Piece allows Victini EX attacks to not cost any Energy, yeah, you can attack on the first turn with it (you can also use either attack since they both cost nothing).

As long as you have the necessary Energy (in this case, the Victory Piece), you can attack on the first turn.
