My son has this card, Im not even sure it’s a Pokemon, but we are trying to find information about what the heck it is. Can anyone help us?

Yes, that is called Ancient Mew. It was given out as a promo for Pokemon The Movie 2000 when you purchased the ticket. They don't really hold much monetary value, averaging about $3-$6, but still a cool card nonetheless!
