Burned Special Condition Likely Returning to the TCG, New Ruling Change

Nice Burned will get some love in Standard! I like Burned but Poisoned is Serperior! Poisoned takes 10, half for the Burn damage, but, it stays there forever until it is KOed. I will look forward to this Burned. Maybe Lit's attack will be the first recipient of the "Burned Comeback Award"!

With this effect on Burn, white Kyurem can hit a consistent kill on all Pokemon in the format except Primal Groudon, Kyogre and Wailord.

Yeah, i think a deck in expanded with Reshiram and DDE for aceleration with White Kyurem EX and Giratina it would be very cool! With FFB, White Kyurem EX can already hit 180 and Giratina is good against NM/Vespiquen/Flareon/M Ray/Toad. I think 2 or 3 Skylas to find it's Ace Spec, to hit ridiculous 22o consistently on T2!

Gosh, I think White Kyruem EX Ice Burn would do 170 + muscle band it's 190, before the flip. Not bad, along with Volcanion, that card could be playable again in expanded.

I hope the burn does comeback for dragons. Dragons and fire just makes sense.
