Ruling bronzong sf part 2 and mewtwo x

bronzong sf Heavy Potential Attack. If my opponent has weakness to psychic... do I include that in the damage or only place dmg counters equal to the retreat cost?
Also, what does it mean when it says (after applying effects to the retreat cost) ?

mewtwo x psybarrier - does this just work on the active mewtwo lvl x or all mewtwos in play?

Damage counters ignores weakness and resistance. It also ignores Defender and things that reduce damage becaue placing damage counters is different than doing damage. Some cards alter the Retreat Cost of Pokemon. This can include Flygon RR and Ariados MT amongst other cards. I'm having a hard time coming up with more cards off the top of my head.

It only woks on the active Mewtwo LV.X. ~Mark
