Ruling Both players draw all prizes at same time

I feel like I should know the answer to this already, but If I use Raikou & Entei Legend, and knock out pokemon on both my and my opponents side such that both players draw their last prizes, AND both players still have pokemon, what kind of sudden death would result? Would that be next prize wins, or restart and first prize wins? Is there anything else that would determine the victor, like having 7 "prizes" drawn instead of your opponents 6?

I actually asked a question similar to this before. When both of you have drawn all your prizes, you check for victory conditions -in this case, remaining Pokemon in play and prizes drawn. If both of you draw all your prizes and both of you still have Pokemon in play, Sudden Death happens. If your opponent doesn't have any Pokemon left in play, though, then you win (since I am assuming you still have Raikou-Entei LEGEND in play).
