Basic Blastgatr strategy, hydro launch with blastoise, reattach next turn with feraligatr rain dance, delibird for massive drawing, or i can just straight out attack with feraligatr, doing 60 + the defending pokemons current dmg. count. unown q for delibird retreat, or uxie/azelf retreat, interviewers questions for last chance energy retrieval, and iq is massively underrated. warp point to get blastoise/feraligatr out of trouble, same for ssu, and this is my ACTUAL deck i'm running with during the Battle Roads, so not subject to much change until rotation, which should be bumped to PL-on, not HS-on

EDIT:
-1 Bebe's Search
-2 {W}
-2 Delibird
-1 Upper Energy
+2 Sableye SF
+4 Special {D}
-1-0-1 Feraligatr Prime
+1-1 Entei Suicune LEGEND
-1-1 Entei Suicune LEGEND
+ 2 DCE
-4 Special {D}
-2 Sableye
+1-1 Uxie Lv.X
+2 Water Energy
+1 PONT
+1 Pokemon Communication

Note: Need to make massive changes due to 1-3 Win rate at Battle ROads. mostly because there were only 2 seniors, 3 juniors, and 9 masters. we all had to face each other, and i had to face LuxChomp, SableDos, a grass overgrowth deck, and this special condition deck that had Scrafty, Muk, and other cards in it. I won against that last one, and lost to the others

Make the Gatr line 2-1-2 and the Blastoise line 3-2-3. Thats taking away 3 and adding 1, so you have 2 extra spots so far. Delibird is a bad starter, if you want a better one, use Mantine HS, Manaphy UL, Smeargle UD, Sableye SF, or Spiritomb AR. Take out the 2 Delibird, and max out on one of the above that I listed. Those are good starters.

For the energy, take out the Upper, along with 3 normal Water Energy, and replace those with DCEs.

Now for Trainers:
-1 Expert Belt (Not good in snipe decks)
+1 BTS (You'll need it for consistency)

Other than that your trainer line looks good. So, a final summary of what to swap out:

-1-1-1 Feraligatr
-2 Delibird
-1 Upper Energy
-3 Water Energy
-1 Expert Belt

+1 Croconaw
+4 Starter of choice (Sableye, Spiritomb, Mantine, Smeargle, Manaphy)
+4 Double Colorless Energy
+1 Broken Time Space

Also, the rotation is going to be HGSS on when it hits.

I will swap out the delibird, but i cannot switch out the feraligatr family, as its just too darn important, and also i only have 1 wartortle, bts, and no double colorless, so the only thing i can do is take out the expert belt, the delibirds, and the upper energy for 4 of the starters that you mentioned.

actually, the expert belt is for feraligatr if he has to attack, so i have 3 starter slots, because hydro crunch can kill and possibly win me the game if expert belt is on him and the opponent

You want the rotation to be PL On? I'll tell you what happens if we do PL On.

Most obviously, SP will rule the format for a THIRD YEAR. I will 100% guarantee that you will hate it by the time Worlds comes around again. SP will overcentralize the format badly. We lose Machamp, one of our BEST counters to SP. We would lose Uxie, one of the best drawpowers in the game. But SP can survive without it. Also, now that Rare Candy has been errata'd, getting out those basics is even easier than Stage 2's. The only thing that is helping that would basically ensure that SP would dominate pretty much everything.

On topic, Feraligatr should NEVER have to attack if you play the deck right. Take out the Expert Belt for sometihng else. I'd replace it with a Croconaw. There is no way that a Croconaw card would cost more than $0.75, so just go to your local card store, or buy it online if you have to. Even just ask someone for one at league, its an Uncommon card, so over half the people there would probably just give it to you. But if you can't get a fourth Croconaw, replace it with a Rare Candy, just to add a bit more consistency if a Croconaw is prized.

Okay, now i get it. let us hope that BTS will be re-printed in the BLW sets or later, as that was also very important
Also on topic, your right. i wil go ahead and edit my deck to be 2-2-2 Feraligatr, and i thought about adding Entei & Suciune LEGEND to replace the traded totodile and feraligatr.

No, ESL isn't that great. It can only hit benched Pokemon, which, while it mainly will be the target, you definatly WILL want the advantage of being able to attack the active. It also isn't worth the two prizes. Just fill the spaces with DCE.

Okay, i edited it to match the suggestions you made. by the way, do these decks require 20 energy, more energy than the pokemon

I think I run 17 or 18 Energy, four of which are DCE, the rest are Waters. However, sometimes I end up with dead draws of Waters, so I may change that. You should be good.

i changed my deck to be 16 {W} and added 1-1 Uxie Lv.X for extra draw power, another PONT in case i get a dead draw, and an extra Pokemon Communication for search power.
