Never built a deck like this, so im kinda lost

Is this for expanded? Your deck plays a lot of cards that aren't currently standard legal. Either way though I would recommend you cut some of the techy cards you have only 1 or 2 of and focus on playing 4 if the cards you really need, like Welder, Fiery Flint. Fire Crystal etc. Baby Blowns is a deck that just needs to have a lot of what it needs do I can keep spamming Fireball Circus and discarding a lot of energy for it.
