I'm really trying to get into the metagame and was hoping for any tips/tricks anyone knew of? I tend to lean towards Pokemon with high Speed such as Starmie, Gengar, etc. I love inflicting status afflictions as well, but still learning the ropes when would be good to use things such as Stealth Rock, Toxic Spikes, etc. I also have a spread for Milotic that I love (Toxic, Recover stall) but really hard to get the right Pokemon as I'm sure you all know.
Also, do you guys have any tips for IV and EV training? Or anyone willing to trade to help someone out? My friend code is: 4785-7946-3930. Avidly use AS (transferred all my Pokemon there), but also on X and Y on occasion. Thanks for helping!
