Yea you counted wrong Azumi have 1,179 EV inc Armors how 250 for EV Pack 100 for Facility and 188 EV * 2 =376 + 350 = 726 + (Armor)453 = 1,179
you count the others.

m1 He have 728 EV's excluding Armor Stats
189 * 2 = 378 and he buys EV Pack #1(100 EV) and EV pack 1.5(150 EV) and 100 EV in Rocket's training facility =728.
