Strategy:

The strategy of this rogue deck is to use Vespiquen as the main attacker. The main attack we will be using with our Queen Bee is Bee Revenge. For 2 Colorless Energy or a Double Colorless Energy, it will do 20 damage but the damage will increase by 10 for each Pokemon in our discard pile. To do this we can use Ultra Ball to discard Pokemon for the cost, Unown to draw with its ability or just by the opponent knocking out our Pokemon. The queen bee also has a great first attack, which allows us to draw until we have 6 cards in hand and its only for a single colorless Energy, sure it only does 10 damage but with Muscle Band and the bats that damage will only be going up. It also allows me to run a lower Supporter count than normal, which helps as the deck is kind of limited in what we can run due to the evolutions, I would like to run 1 more VS Seeker and 1 more Lysandre.

The bats are in the deck because one of the problems with Vespiquen is how it can have trouble taking out some EX Pokemon - mostly the Megas. But the bats can add damage as we evolve them up so we can deal with the EX's more easily. Also we can attack with them if we absolutely have to. Vespiquen simply does more damage. And with the 3 Super Scoop Ups we can do 3 things:

1) Pick up nearly knocked out Pokemon that we want to re-use. Notably the Queen Bee and the Bats.
2) We can re-use the Energy attached to our Pokemon, this is very important we only run 7 Energy total so if we can we must save as much energy as we can.
3) Re-using any Tools e.g. Muscle Band.

Also, Forest of Giant Plants is there to quickly evolve our Combee as it has a low 40 HP, 1 Retreat Cost and a bad attack. No thank you let's evolve right away.

Trainer's Mail, Ultra Ball, and Level Ball is there to add consistency and to get as many Pokemon as we can. And as everything is Level Ballable apart from the Crobat - running 4 is a must.

And that's the deck. BUT as this is my first time using this forum. Please keep the advice you give positive and constructive! As when that happens, no one wins.
