Do I still have to flip a coin in order to attack a baby pokemon since it doesnt say to flip a coin??

Can i evolve a baby pokemon on its first turn?
 
No, you cannot since RS-on babies are considered basic Pokemon and not the same as the old "Baby Pokemon". A good rule of thumb is: If the Pokemon does not have the text that specifically states one must flip a coin, then you do not flip a coin.

You are allowed to evolve the baby Pokemon first turn through it's poke-power. If that is an illegal move (like you attached Cessation Crystal first turn for some reason), then it is not possible at all.
 
oh...lol...i better tell my friends...lol...we are still flipping coins on the babies...lol...so thats how baby evo works..love it...thx alot :)
