After my opponent used "Time Skip", he/she arrange the prize cards.

Can I reshuffle their prize cards in random order so that they may not know how the prize cards were arranged after "Time Skip"?
 
Even he doing the rearranging isn't allowed. The only thing he could do with them is replace one of them with a facedown card from his hand. That's what I understood from reading the card, at least.
EDIT: Oh and it's Time Walk from Azelf LA non-X.
 
I'm fairly sure you're not allowed to do anything to an opponents prizes ever. Unless a card says otherwise, obviously(WTB another reprint of Here Comes Team Rocket! best card evar).

Someone can arrange their prizes and you can't do anything about it.
 
If player A uses Time Walk and "happens to arrange their prizes in a certian way and remember what they are." Player B cannot do anything, Player A may take notes on his/her prize cards, but Player B may view those notes. Player B CANNOT touch Player A's prize cards whatsoever.

Even with a card like Mawile GE, the player with Mawile picks the prize for the opponet to flip, but the opponet flips the prize. The player with Mawile cannot flip the prize themself.
