Ruling Attack Wording Question (Pidgeot Flashfire 77)

I'm making a deck for fun to use at my league. Is Pidgeot's attack "Strong Gust" 60, then on the next turn 120, and then maxes out a 120?

The Defending Pokémon can't retreat during your opponent's next turn.

[C] [C] [C] Strong Gust 60
During your next turn, this Pokémon's Strong Gust attack does 60 more damage (before applying Weakness and Resistance).
 
Which Pidgeot are you referring to? If it has been released in English, please post a scan of the card in question. If it is in Japanese, I'm sorry, but we can not answer questions for cards that are not yet out in English. The reason being is because we must see the exact English wording in order to provide the best answer possible.

You are correct in assuming Strong Gust maxes out at 120. However, keep in mind that if Pidgeot gets sent back to the Bench, it will start doing 60 again.
