Energy (12)
  • 7 Psychic

Strategy
Get Ralts and Cherubi on the bench turn 1 with Mewtwo or Cresselia in the active position. Then on the next turn, evolve into Cherrim and Gardevoir (or Kirlia if needed) and start to attack. The 3rd turn would be the best time to start attaching Grass because you want to be able to start attacking on the 2nd turn with 2 Psychics, but a 3rd turn attack would be okay too. Once you have 3 Cherrim in play, you will be able to heal 80 damage on Cresselia from the beginning to end of your turn, and 60 on Mewtwo or Sigilyph.

Have you considered running the Blend Energy with the Psychic on it? I feel like the fact that it also has the Grass on it makes it a good thing to put in, just so you don't get a hand cluttered with useless Grass Energy where you have attackers that require Psychic.
